The personal data subject has rights for personal data protection with right of access, right of correction, right of deletion, right of restriction of processing, right of complaint, right of transferability, regarding the processing of personal data.

The controller shall be obliged to respond to the queries of the personal data subject within 15 days as of the day of accepting the request.

Should the controller have responded to the request of the personal data subject (s)he shall not have the obligation to respond again to a same or similar request of the said subject, if in the meantime changes in his/her personal data have not occurred, except if six months have passed as of the day of submitting the prior request to the new request.

If the personal data subject is not satisfied with the answer and information provided by the controller and if he / she considers that his / her rights have been violated, he / she may submit a request for determination of a violation of the right for personal data protection to the Directorate for Personal Data Protection.
